Our policies are as follows:


Home and office cleaning costs can vary depending on the size, services, needed and the time it takes to do a top-notch job. We charge $30 per hour per worker, and usually our teams consist of two workers. Our minimum charge is $60 per visit. If you want to know how much the total job will cost, meaning how many hours it will take to complete, please contact us today to arrange for your free in-home or in-office estimate.


We offer flexible scheduling based around your preferences. We will work with you to find what works best for you and your home or workplace.


We all have busy schedules and sometimes we just can't be where we need to be. If you must cancel a scheduled service, we require that you give us notice by 5 p.m. the night before so that we can make sure that someone else isn't burdened. Failure to provide proper notice to us will constitute a $50 cancellation charge against your account, payable upon the next visit. We really don't want to impose this cost, so please be responsible.


If you are not satisfied with the quality of the job or you think we have missed something that we agreed to do, please respect our policy in that if you don't let us know within 48 hours of service, we are not responsible to send the cleaning crew back and fix the problem.
